Tenancy Administration
Prepare standard tenancy agreement; interested parties informed. If the landlord wishes to use a different Agreement, INAOSSIEN will inform the assignee and make the necessary negotiations
The final Agreement is presented to both parties for signature

Rental Payments, Consents and References
Arrange payment of deposit and first rental payment (where applicable)
Obtain tenant – occupier references
